Dear Michelle & Lexington Team-

My family and I want to thank you for the wonderful job that you have done this far on the Cobblestone Development. We absolutely LOVE our neighborhood. It is turning out even better than we envisioned, and our expectations were high. It is beautiful.

Thank you for making safety in the neighborhood such a high priority. Many new developments do not have sidewalks, and it is a fantastic extra touch to the area. The start of the trail system is great, and the sod in the front yard provides a great play area while we await grass in the back.

In particular, I want to mention a couple people who have really stood out during our building process. Mike Christensen has helped us many times. We have never built a house and had a lot of questions that a person who is familiar with the building process would most likely find annoying. Mike does a great job of making us feel like our questions were good ones and that we are his only customer, even though he was dealing with so many others. His response time has been great.

Also, the project manager Bob has had a quick response time. He did a great job walking us through our house and giving us hints to keep it in good order. He spent a lot of time with us, and even opened the house for us late in the evening to accommodate our schedules. I’m sure he would have rather been home with his own family, but he let us take all the time we needed to do measurements and never rushed us a bit. His attitude was extremely positive, considering the long hours he has most likely put in lately.

The people at Lexington have been great to work with, and we love our house.

I continue to recommend Lexington to others and hope that they choose to sign up with you. Thank you for all of the hard work-we really appreciate it.

Your help and suggestions in that first meeting set the standard that we looked toward in our existing home search so high, we knew within the next couple days that this development was the place for us.
